Shipping info

We would like you to support your local scene. Check your local shop for some Stinky Socks. If they don’t carry any, let them know that you want to find us there.

Our online shop ships worldwide. Due to COVID19 there may be unexpected delivery issues beyond our control. All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving them and shipped either on the same or the next working day. 

Please find shipping details here:

  • USA&Canada orders – due to COVID19, we are currently shipping via FedEx from our HQ in Bulgaria. The delivery time is 4 to 5 working days.
  • Bulgaria&Greece – orders will be shipped from our HQ in Bulgaria via ECONT. The delivery time is two working days. If you would like to use a different shipping method, please let us know in the notes. 
  • Europe orders – all shipped with TNT with delivery times
    • Germany – 2 days delivery
    • Rest of Europe – between 2 and 4 days delivery
  • Rest of the world – all orders will be shipped from our HQ in Bulgaria, with FedEx. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

TRACKING

We will provide you with a tracking ID number once your order is shipped. Please check your spam folder or contact us if you don’t find it. 

RETURNS

You may return any item within 30 days after receiving it. You can exchange it for another item or get a refund. Refunds cover the costs of the items but do not cover the shipping expenses. If you wish to get refunded, you’ll have to send your package back to us at your cost:

CARBON FOOTPRINT POLICY 

We at Stinky Socks are dedicated to minimizing our CO2 footprint. We encourage you to choose a method to return your Stinky Socks with shipping suppliers that are limiting their CO2 emissions.
